Optical components for precision micromachining
Precision laser lenses are used in new energy pole cutting, photovoltaic cell dicing and grooving.
FPC/PCB cutting and punching, glass/ceramic and other brittle materials cutting and punching, ultra-thin material processing. This series of lenses has a minimum focusing spot of only 5um, and with high-energy pulse lasers, it can achieve ultra-high energy density at the focus and instantly vaporize the processed materials.
The zoom beam expanders, telecentric field mirrors, reflectors, etc. designed and produced by Vish Laser are specially used for precision micromachining. They are all made of imported fused quartz and have low absorption coating technology. They have the characteristics of small focusing spot, good spot uniformity, low temperature drift, etc.
