Scanning Laser Welding
The galvanometer laser welding system has the characteristics of high precision, high speed, and easy integration and automation. The laser galvanometer scanning system designed and produced by our company consists of multiple independent functional modules, which can match different lasers and different process requirements. It mainly includes: QBH collimation module, spectrometer module, imaging module, galvanometer, field mirror, etc.
The laser lenses of the galvanometer laser welding system designed and produced by Vish Laser are all made of imported fused quartz. The collimation and field lens optical solutions are all diffraction-limited designs. The final product has the characteristics of small temperature drift, high beam quality, stable operation, and good spot consistency in the entire surface. The product mainly has two series, D30 and D37. Usually, the D30 collimation module is matched with a 14 or 20-caliber galvanometer, and the D37 collimation module is matched with the D30 galvanometer.
