Laser plastic welding is a technology that uses the heat generated by a high-energy laser beam to melt the contacting plastic surfaces, thereby bonding thermoplastic sheets, films or molded parts together.
The collimation, splitting (reflection), galvanometer, field mirror and other optical devices developed by Vish Laser specifically for this application have the advantages of high laser transmittance and good focusing energy uniformity. The product range is complete and can meet the needs of various lasers and different working conditions.
1. Customized and optimized for laser plastic welding applications, compatible with wide band and adaptable to different laser interfaces.
2. Excellent optical effect, the whole series adopts compound collimator design.
3. The collimating lens is made of all quartz material, ultra-low absorption coating, high transmittance (transmittance greater than 99.8%), and small temperature drift.
