Product Introduction

Laser plastic welding is a technology that uses the heat generated by a high-energy laser beam to melt the contacting plastic surfaces, thereby bonding thermoplastic sheets, films or molded parts together.

Product Advantages

The collimation, splitting (reflection), galvanometer, field mirror and other optical devices developed by Vish Laser specifically for this application have the advantages of high laser transmittance and good focusing energy uniformity. Laser alignment module for plastic welding

1. Customized and optimized for laser plastic welding applications, compatible with wide band and adaptable to different laser interfaces.

2. Excellent optical effect, the whole series adopts compound collimator design.

3. The collimating lens is made of all quartz material, ultra-low absorption coating, high transmittance (transmittance greater than 99.8%), and small temperature drift.

Galvanometer laser plastic welding module
The galvanometer laser welding module has the characteristics of high precision, high speed, and easy integration of automation.
Wisher Laser provides customers with a complete set of galvanometer laser plastic welding modules, which are composed of multiple independent functional modules. The galvanometer has a 20 spot diameter, adopts digital control, broadband multi-band coating, and is equipped with a customized visual system and temperature measurement system (infrared band). It can realize welding process control and further improve welding accuracy and quality.
