Optical components for laser 3D printing
Metal sintering 3D printing (SLM) is a 3D printing technology that uses high-energy laser beams to sinter metal powder layer by layer to print metal parts. The laser optical components designed and produced by Weishi Laser Technology for metal sintering 3D printing equipment include beam expanders, QBH collimation modules, field lenses, protective lenses, etc. This series of products has complete specifications, applicable power covers 200-2000W single-mode continuous laser, and the field lens processing range is 110*110 to 410*410mm, to meet the different equipment needs of customers.
The design of this series of beam expanders, QBH collimation modules and field lenses all reach the optical diffraction limit. The matching use can provide fine and uniform focused light spots on the entire surface, ensuring printing effect and efficiency. At the same time, these products are all made of imported fused quartz materials and ultra-low absorption coating technology to minimize the temperature drift phenomenon during the processing process, so as to meet the stable operation of the equipment for several weeks or even months.
